Replacement Policy

Submission of a clear, uncut unboxing video
The video starting before opening the package and clearly showing the product issue
Verification of damage, defect, or incorrect item
If, after review, the issue cannot be verified or does not meet our replacement criteria, the replacement request will be rejected.
Refund Policy
No refunds are provided once an order is placed and shipped.
In limited cases such as undelivered orders due to address issues, refunds may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
Cancellation Policy
